This is a Latex 1/2 mask made for my friend. I originally cast this piece in silicone, but because it started off as a mold of my head, the mask was a little too big for anybody but me. Because Latex shrinks, I was able to try the mask out a second time in latex and it worked just fine. This is also the first mask I have used an airbrush with and I like it a bunch. I molded a nose separately so it would be removable. Painting masks is still an area I am working to improve but should get better with the proper tools.

This is just the face part of this mask. I have an entire stitched up teddy bear suit and hood that complete the outfit for a really great effect. the person wearing it completely blends into a corner full of stuffed animals. This character was in my haunt this past year in the “Kiddie section” next door to the main house. I plan on using him again so I didn’t want to show the entire costume online. Materials: this mask was made out of latex and I used leftover scraps of teddy bear fabric to glue all over the face with latex. I have only made two masks with “eyes” on them so these aren’t great yet, but a work in progress. no copyright infringement intended with the music playing in the background

Joey Jordison mask I made from a plain store bought mask.

Hand painted by me, it is apparent that Joey used paint for this mask…and was prolly the rarest of his ST masks…there is a difference between this one and the other one I have, no dots where the eye brows are….I cant find many other pics of this mask, but I love this pic and mask so I made it myself…not a lot of detail and weathering showed up on cam, but its the ost accurate ST I have ever made or seen, IMO.
